Procurement Manager

Our client- We are partnering with an exclusive luxury private members' club in Dubai to appoint an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee all procurement and sourcing activities across the club's operations, with a strong focus on kitchen, food & beverage, and hospitality-related purchasing.

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for all club operations, with particular focus on Kitchen, Culinary, Food & Beverage, and operational requirements.
• Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers to secure premium products at competitive commercial terms.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships across food, beverage, equipment, operating supplies, and hospitality services.
• Oversee procurement of food ingredients, specialty products, kitchen equipment, smallwares, FF&E, and OS&E.
