Position: Procurement Manager
Location: East
Working time: Mon - Fri
Salary: up to SGD $6500
Responsibilities- Lead procurement operations for Singapore OEM and Malaysia plants, providing guidance and support to the team.
- Drive procurement KPIs including OTD, PPV, delinquency management, and supplier performance.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies, supplier consolidation, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Manage regional/global commodity sourcing activities and achieve material cost targets.
- Build strong supplier relationships and lead supplier improvement and corrective action programs.
- Handle commercial negotiations to achieve cost, quality, and delivery objectives while minimizing risks.
