Overview
Lockheed Martin Strategic Systems is looking for a Procurement Manager to join our team based from our offices in Helensburgh. This role offers the option of a four day working week or nine day fortnight and hybrid working with typically 2-3 days onsite per week (depending on business needs)
This role is part of the Lockheed Martin UK Supply Chain Organisation managing a team of three Procurement Officers along with the purchasing, management and oversight of a wide portfolio of goods and services to meet a variety of programme and business requirements.
Success requires experience of working in a functional organisation and a blend of proven skills including team management, procurement and supply chain, relationship building and achievement of deliveries on time and in full, through the ability to successfully negotiate and manage procurements, ranging from simple to complex subcontracts.
