Job Description

Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end tendering process for projects, strictly complying with tender requirements while ensuring procurement quality and cost control;
Lead negotiation on engineering variation and dispute matters by clarifying key issues, gathering supporting evidence, and providing procurement support to mitigate cost risks;
Coordinate project execution with internal teams, tracking delivery progress, and closing issues to ensure smooth project advancement;
Travel to project locations (in Malaysia) as required to manage and coordinate with local suppliers.
Establish and maintain comprehensive procurement and contract execution records, consolidate data, and prepare analytical reports to support strategy optimization and decision-making
Ensure all procurement process complies to company’s approved procedure and policies.
