Procurement manager (senior)

Mexico Purchasing Manager Responsible for translation and support for the company's EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects in the Mexican market, including: - Participating in the drafting and negotiation of engineering contracts, and following up on contract performance; - Assisting with the budgeting and final settlement of EPC costs, and following up on related procedures and documents; - Participating in local procurement work in Mexico. Spanish B2 level or equivalent, with excellent Spanish listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software; - Holding a US visa or able to enter Mexico independently;
