Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
- Experience working in a corporate, shared services, outsourcing, or multinational environment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Sourcing
- Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotations for goods and services.
- Evaluate supplier proposals based on price, quality, lead time, and commercial terms.
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure accuracy of procurement documentation.
- Monitor procurement requests and ensure timely fulfillment of business requirements.
- Support strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier consolidation efforts.
