Procurement Officer (Vendor Management)
We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented individual to join our Procurement team. This role is ideal for fast learners who are eager to build a career in procurement and vendor management. No prior experience is required—comprehensive guidance and on the job training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its vendors.
- Respond promptly to vendor enquiries and assist in resolving issues.
- Review and evaluate new vendor registrations, maintain and update vendor profiles / master data.
- Monitor and assist in tracking vendor performance to support continuous improvement and sustainability goals.
- Coordinate and support vendor onboarding and training sessions.
- Assist in organizing company procurement events such as ProcureBiz and Suppliers Appreciation Night.
