Job Description
Position: Procurement Specialist - Packaging
Location: Dubai
Experience: 5 Years of experience in the relevant field (FMCG Retail and Trading Companies)
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end packaging procurement with full supply chain visibility.
- Align with internal teams and escalate risks promptly.
- Validate and prepare shipment documents as per regulations.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve invoice/payment issues.
- Support NPD by sourcing packaging samples, artwork, and tooling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cost-effective packaging solutions.
- Prepare sourcing proposals with cost analysis and supplier recommendations.
