The Procurement Staff is responsible for overseeing the purchasing process for the company or organization, ensuring that all purchases are delivered thru:

  • Zero (0) material shortages due to undelivered items
  • 100% encoding of Ven bill in NetSuite

Qualifications

  • Graduate of 4 years Courses (Business Administration Course is Advantage)
  • 3 Years’ Experience in Procurement
  • Good communication skills both oral and written
  • Knowledgeable in computer (Excel, Word and Power Point)
  • With Analytical and Problem-Solving Ability
  • With Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • With Planning and Project and Management Skills
  • Knowledgeable in sourcing out supplier abroad
