Job Description
Production Management
- Lead shift activities to achieve production targets and maintain high quality standards.
- Organize and schedule workflows, assigning specific responsibilities to team members.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics (KPIs) like throughput and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Maintenance & Technical Coordination
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Coordinate first-line and preventative maintenance schedules with the technical team.
- Manage job cards and work permits for specialized repairs or upgrades.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on recurring equipment failures to drive permanent improvements.
