Product Designer - Conversational AI (Chat & Voice)
 
 My client is seeking a Product Designer to shape next-gen AI-driven chat and voice experiences. You'll design intuitive, end-to-end journeys that turn complex AI capabilities into simple, human-centred interactions.
This is a fully remote role with ocassional travel to London and Inside IR35. 
 
 Key Responsibilities 
Design conversational AI journeys across chat and voice

Create agentic flows (task completion, recommendations, troubleshooting, e-commerce)

Define chat UI patterns (cards, buttons, actions + generative responses)

Apply strong UX writing, interaction design & information hierarchy

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and AI teams

Use research, data, and experimentation to optimise experiences

Contribute to scalable design systems
