Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists, to conceptualize and design intuitive software interfaces.
- Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that align with business goals and technical constraints.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a consistent design system for Karbon Digital’s suite of AI products.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide innovative solutions to complex design challenges.
- Test and refine designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.
