Product Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute product trials and demo plots.
• Collaborate with teams to select crops and develop product strategies.
• Execute product launches.

Qualifications

• Degree in Agriculture (Agronomy or Plant Protection). Others please do not apply.
• Good networking in the agrochemical industry, especially in Free Market (Rice and Corn) development trials in Medan.
• Having 1–2 years of experience as a Product Development Executive or at least 4–5 years as an Assistant Product Development Executive.

• Strong integrity, good communication, and problem-solving skills.
