JOB SUMMARY The Product Development Officer will play a key role in optimizing customer experience and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative products that resonate with our target audience. 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement product strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends 
Conduct Market Research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and customer needs 
Define product requirements, create product roadmaps, and prioritize features based on business value and user feedback 
Collaborate with Brand, marketing, and Sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch 
Monitor product performance and user engagement, analyzing data to inform continuous improvement 
Manage product lifecycle from ideation through end-of-life, including launch planning and post-launch analysis
