Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical solutions to internal and external customers
- Analyze issues to root cause
- Work closely with manufacturing to understand current performance and reliability issues on the production line
- Lead the release of product documentation
- Follow release checklists to ensure accurate releases
- Release new products without documentation errors
- Develop cost reduction ideas and track them to ensure timely completion
- Report status of cost reductions to Manager
- Plus, job responsibilities as Product Engineer Jr
- Understanding of agency requirements
- Experience with agency testing
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Experience developing tests for products
- Bilingual language ability in English and Spanish
- Plus, basic qualifications as Product Engineer Jr
