Responsibilities
Engineer with 4-8 years of experience in OT (Operational Technology) and IT Experience with SCADA/PLC based control systems PLC/SCADA troubleshooting and debugging experience Troubleshooting of electrical, PLC, and HMI systems Interfacing with real-time database applications to manage critical production information Prior Experience in Operation & Maintenance support of various interdependent system specifically interaction between IT and OT technologies Analyse and correlate Business Process Vs IT processes Vs Technologies Apply ITIL concepts while handling incidents , problems , changes, and request Assist to resolve and performing preventive analyses on day-to-day issues and suggest improvements related to business user related queries Coordinate with various teams, analyse root cause and assist in efficient resolution of all production issues/processes Monitor, highlight and escalate the issues for production systems Develop, document and train others on O...
