Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Own the conversion improvement roadmap across key funnels including search, booking, checkout, and payment.
  • Identify user drop-offs and friction points through funnel analysis, behavioral data, and user feedback.
  • Design and prioritize product-led growth initiatives to improve activation, retention, and reactivation.
  • Build and manage a structured experimentation pipeline, including hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and post-test analysis.
  • Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability tests, to translate qualitative insights into product improvements.
  • Use SQL independently to analyze user behavior, cohorts, and conversion trends.
  • Define and track key growth metrics such as checkout completion, booking success rates, and repeat purchase rates.
