<p>Band: B3 and C1</p> <p>Locations: Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida</p> <p>JD:</p> <ul> <li>Previous banking and finance background in Product roles.</li> <li>Solid understanding of Risk & Controls frameworks, including RCSA.</li> <li>Understanding of Gen AI and Agentic AI concepts.</li> <li>Hands on with writing Epics, Stories, Story Maps</li> <li>Worked in Agile (Knowledge of SAFe Agile is preferred)</li> <li>Good communication and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Takes end to end ownership of deliverables</li> <li>8 10 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles in Agile environments in Technology Risk and control domain </li> <li>Strong hands-on experience with user story writing, story mapping, backlog management, and Scrum ceremonies.</li> </ul>
