Product Lead, Planning & Forecasting Strategy

ING Hubs B.V. Philippine Branch is seeking a Product Lead for Planning & Forecasting to drive complex changes and develop new capabilities on our global performance management system. This role requires expertise in strategic planning and customer-focused solutions.

As a leader, you will empower a diverse team, manage cross-country dependencies, and report to the Tribe Lead, playing a critical role in ING's future-oriented finance systems.

The ideal candidate has approximately 10 years of experience and holds a Master's Degree, with strong leadership and project management skills.
