The Product Lead (Postpaid and Platinum) is accountable for the end-to-end stewardship of the Postpaid and Platinum product portfolio across all stages of the product lifecycle. The role champions consistent, reliable, and customer-centric product experiences that drive sustainable business outcomes, ensuring strong alignment between customer value, commercial performance, and enterprise priorities.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Lifecycle Management
Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the Postpaid and Platinum product portfolio, driving adoption, value maximization, optimization, and timely retirement of products.
Partner closely with Customer-Facing Units (CFUs) to define product strategy, value propositions, channels, and distribution approaches aligned to target customer segments.
