At Banxa and OSL Pay, pricing isnu2019t a static table—itu2019s a live product feature. Because we compete side-by-side with other providers in crypto wallets, our win rate is directly tied to our ability to adjust prices in real-time.
We are moving away from manual strategy and toward an automated, algorithmic pricing engine. We need a hands-on Product Manager to own the logic, the data loops, and the engineering roadmap that allows us to out-maneuver competitors instantly.
We are flexible in terms of where you will be based - Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Australia.
What you will do (The Hands-On Remit)- Build the Engine: Own the product roadmap for our dynamic pricing systems. You arenu2019t just suggesting prices; you are defining the logic that executes them.
- Algorithmic Logic: Design and iterate on models similar to surge-pricing or yield management to balance conversion vs. margin.
