+ Act as the voice of the customer by deeply understanding customer needs, personas, and user problems, ensuring solutions deliver real market and business value.
+ Translate customer insights, user research, and market trends into compelling problem statements that guide product strategy and solution design.
+ Collaborate with Epic Owners to develop Lean business cases for Epics, aligning investments with value delivery across the Agile Release Train (ART).
