Responsibilities
Own and translate HR business needs into clear requirements and user stories
Prioritise and manage a product backlog aligned to business value and platform capabilities
Act as trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders on Workday capabilities and best practices
Facilitate workshops, manage expectations, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
Lead Workday-related projects and initiatives end to end
