Responsibilities

  • Lead activities to gather VoC and competitive/market intelligence to understand the needs of customers and inform roadmap strategies and priorities.
  • Create compelling value propositions and financial models, based on sound business rationale, to support new product development funding and articulate return on investment.
  • Manage a prioritized list of ideas and products, make recommendations, and support the internal promotion of new product innovation.
