Role & responsibilities


  • Coordinating with the Development Team for new product development and its technical validation before formal launch and also being conversant with product versions & their updates.
  • Creating new customers for the line of products assigned
  • Identifying problem/ challenges in the industry and scope of new product development
  • Ensure sales of allocated products across India as per targets decided at the beginning of the year
  • Understanding requirements of Customers in existing products or new product requirements and providing feedbacks to the Development Team at HO.
  • Facilitating closure of any commercials offers provided by Sales and Support Team for that product.
  • Facilitating the Sales and Support Team in their performance of the product including resolving any issues with Supports Team.
