Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Development, implementation, and evaluation of the marketing strategy
  • Analyze market data, identify emerging trends, and adapt the product strategy accordingly
  • Development of a pool of specialists (Key Opinion Leaders) related to the products being handled
  • Liaise with the societies of the products being handled
  • Actively coordinate and guide sales teams on product communication and sales plans to ensure satisfactory level of product performance
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Manage inventory and work closely with the Regulatory Department for product planning, forecast, movement, and ordering vis-à-vis MOQ
  • Ensure proper budget allocation of projects, promotional materials, and tactical initiatives including relationship-building activities, price offers, rebates, discounts, and sample allocation
