Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees the department and subordinates to ensure effective completion of their responsibilities.
• Creates continuously new product ideas that will fit with the company’s business model.
• Conducts process analysis and problem resolution for new and existing products.
• Analyzes market conditions and evaluates market trends and competitions to determine what product enhancements should be made.

Job Qualifications

• Preferably with degree in Business Management, Marketing, or other related course.
• With relevant work experience in Sales and Marketing (preferably in vehicle sales and financing industry)
• With at least a year of experience in sales
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Has the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations...
