Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare training materials and training course outline (TCO) for training sessions and lectures
  • Organize and manage client and employee training programs and sessions
  • Lead and support the introduction of new PMLS products
  • Demonstrate equipment, procedures, and techniques to internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide technical assistance and product leadership and support to marketing, sales, service, and external stakeholders
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Resolve customer issues and escalations
  • Continuously expand product knowledge through actual use and testing of products
  • Conduct in-depth product and market research and analyze industry trends
  • Provide regular feedback to management on matters pertaining to industry and product development
  • Identify product competitors and provide analysis and recommendations
