Product Manager – Payment Systems

Requirements :

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in payment systems, fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end payment ecosystem, including payment gateways, virtual accounts, QR payments, e-wallets, card payments, remittance, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Proven experience defining product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization based on business objectives and customer needs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into detailed product requirements and user stories for engineering teams.
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, QA, Operations, Compliance, and Business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and technical concepts to effectively collaborate with development teams.
