Job Description
Role Overview:
This is primarily a Global People Leadership + Procurement Transformation + Product Ownership role, not a traditional IT Product Manager role.
The successful candidate will inherit and scale a global procurement product organization while supporting Org’s ongoing SAP S/4 HANA transformation and consolidation of procurement application teams.
Candidate Suitability:
60% People Leadership & Organizational Transformation
Managing 28 employees globally today, growing to ~45 employees through team consolidation.
Leading multicultural teams across Europe, Asia, and other regions.
Building and scaling the Hyderabad organization.
Strong coaching, talent development, succession planning, and change management experience.
