DESCRIPTION:
The PM will own product definition, engineering partnership, launch execution, and post-launch iteration across two interconnected domains: (1) AI-Enabled Solutioning - transforming manual defect elimination into an AI-driven platform to increase Defect Elimination Throughput by 4X, and (2) Selling Partner Return Defect Elimination - building scalable tools that systematically eliminate Selling Partner-attributed defects at scale, expanding coverage from 3,500 to 3M sellers. The PM will partner daily with ML/AI Science, BI Engineering, UX, and RBS Tech teams to deliver products with probabilistic AI outputs and persona-specific experiences from PoC through full production rollout.
