- Manages end to end of product features covering conceptualization, design, enhancements, roll-out, post-deployment monitoring, and evaluation against product development process; Subject matter expert internally providing support and training to relevant stakeholders
- Ensures smooth, timely, and impactful executions, continuous improvement in product management ways of working, promoting innovation and growth within the team, and drives continuous process optimizations within the organization
- Work with different Business Units within Shopee Group, Regional Product Managers and Developers to ideate, build, and optimize the customer’s use journey
- Collaborates and coordinates across multiple business teams such as Budget & Planning, Bank Partnerships and Wallet Infrastructure, Analytics, Operations, Frauds, etc.
