Product Operations Intern

**The Job**:
We’re looking for a **Product Operations Intern**to support our strategic planning and budget management efforts. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience working closely with leadership, helping drive critical processes around communication, tooling, and data analysis in a fast-paced global environment.
**What you will be doing**:
- Support leadership communications by drafting, reviewing, and organizing messages, and managing follow-ups.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of tools for budget planning and tracking.
- Create templates to capture headcount, contractor info, software licenses, and other budget data, using Excel for automation when applicable.
- Track key project milestones to ensure on-time delivery of planning tasks.
- Analyze cost data, compare to budgets, and identify gaps or improvement areas.
