Job Description
This role exists to make sure customer-facing products simply work — every day, at scale. You'll be the operational heartbeat of the Product Portfolio, bridging delivery, business analysis, and operational escalation so product experiences stay stable, compliant, and aligned to business outcomes. You'll lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and operational specialists, turn recurring operational pain into permanent fixes, and give stakeholders the clarity they need to make fast, confident decisions. Profile for Success
- Demonstrated experience (5+ years) owning product operations, delivery, or product ownership for customer-facing digital products.
