  • 5+ years of experience working in an environment supporting enterprise business systems

  • Ability to understand/read complex Salesforce logic Flows/Apex code. Salesforce Administrator experience and Certification are a Plus

  • Experience in Salesforce Force.com platform, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar tools. Technology experience with GainSight (or similar customer success solution), and IronClad (or similar CLM solutions) is a plus

  • Able to understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements. You have empathy for your customers, conduct user research, and have a deep understanding of the customer journey

  • Able to think strategically about your product and how it fits into the larger picture of your company's goals and objectives. This means understanding market trends, competitive landscape, and how your product can differentiate itself in the market
