- Fundiertes Know‑how in IT Service Management
- Jira & Confluence
- Praxis in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) & Backlog‑Management
- Verständnis von ITSM/ITIL
- KPIs & Serviceprozessen
- Erfahrung mit Automation (z.B. JSM Automation, Power Platform)
- SaaS/Cloud & Schnittstellen (APIs)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit KI Tools (z.B. Microsoft365 Copilot) und grundlegendes Verständnis von Machine‑Learning-Konzepten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse
