Job Description

 Product Owner/Functional Analyst responsible for supporting the design, development, and lifecycle management of HR tech products (primarily Oracle HCM). Works cross-functionally with engineering, QA, and business teams to translate requirements into user stories, support Agile ceremonies, and ensure smooth product delivery.
 Operates under guidance of senior team members, handling routine tasks while learning product ownership best practices.
 Core Responsibilities Support product lifecycle (planning → development → release → maintenance)
 Gather and translate business requirements into  user stories
 Participate in  Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups)
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, business)
 Assist in managing  Oracle HCM modules (Payroll, Absence, etc.)
 Track progress and workflows using  Jira
