Product Quality and Reliability Engineer IV

Job Summary

As the Product Quality and Reliability Engineer, you will report to the Director of Quality and Reliability (Q&R). You will lead multiple quality engineering projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will also work with development engineers to ensure the proliferation of Design For Reliability (DFR) methods into our stream of new product developments. You will complete the reliability analysis for new products and plan the reliability validation tests.
 
Major Responsibilities

Engaged in multiple key new product programs as quality and reliability owner

Proliferate characterization methodology using advance statistical analytics tools to address new product HW/Process variations

Drive DfQR for key programs to develop FMECA/technical risks, apply BKMs/lessons, learn to reduce risks, and validate solutions by developing and tracking CRAMS/ERAMS test plans.
