Job Description

Key Responsibilities Safety Incident Management
  • Act as the main point of contact for critical vehicle safety incidents
  • Assess and triage cases, and activate appropriate response protocols
  • Implement immediate containment measures to mitigate risks
Technical Analysis & Investigation
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring or critical issues
  • Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and suppliers to diagnose faults
  • Document findings and ensure clear communication across stakeholders
Process & Quality Management
  • Develop and improve aftersales SOPs and safety processes
  • Support business continuity planning for safety-related events
  • Monitor repair quality and provide insights to improve service standards
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Track key KPIs (e.g. First Time Fix Rate, Repair Time, Repeat Repairs)
