Product Specialist (must have fixed broadband and mobile consumer experience) R50 000 pm

Introduction

The Product Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Product team with the development and management of products at the company. The role operates in a fast-paced environment, within which product updates must be communicated, delivered, and managed in a timely manner. The role requires full end-to-end accountability of the updates, across both the company and partner ecosystems (e.g., FNO Portals).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the Product Manager and Senior Product Manager on both product management and development activities.
• Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders – must be proficient with interpersonal skills.
• Document and correlate competitor analysis - maintain a database of market-related pricing.
