Your role 
As a Product Support Manager, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for the project management, analysis, technical publications, and customer training within the Integrated Product Support (IPS) area. Your role is crucial in ensuring our products are designed, delivered and maintained to meet customer needs, with a focus on delivery capability, system availability, and long-term customer value. 

Key responsibilities: 
Lead and develop a team of project managers, analysts, technical writers, and trainers, including people management, competence development, resource planning, and fostering a positive work environment.
