Product Technician

Job Purpose

BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for a “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as a Product Technician. The main responsibilities include providing technical product support to the Operations team for current production and new program launches. Additionally, the position supports the customer complaint response team regarding product behaviour and electrical or mechanical design issues. The role requires independent judgment but may receive direct guidance from the engineer, and it also supports the ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) audit program.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of new machines and equipment.
• Support the implementation of changes, evaluations, and validations affecting product content.
• Identify root causes and corrective actions related to product quality and performance.
