Job Description
Training and facilitating of new call center staff whichinvolves training in all aspects of various service offerings as well as systems training.
Conducting writtenas well as practical assessments.
Facilitating of old staff and ensuring that their performance isconsistent on a daily basis and providing daily reports to management.
Training and advisingsupervisors on reporting and department process.
