This role leads production teams, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and operational KPIs in a maquiladora manufacturing environment.
Responsabilidades- Support daily production operations to ensure compliance with production schedules and delivery commitments.
- Supervise and coordinate Sheet Metal manufacturing processes including fabrication, punching, bending, welding, grinding, assembly, and finishing operations.
- Monitor production efficiency, scrap reduction, downtime, labor utilization, and overall operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Lead production supervisors, group leaders, and hourly personnel to achieve operational goals.
