This role supports a dynamic steel manufacturing facility by operating and maintaining production machinery to produce high-quality steel structural products. The production associate / machine operator ensures safe, efficient, and accurate cutting, measuring, grinding, loading, and material handling activities to meet production standards and schedules.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate production machinery to cut, measure, and grind steel materials according to specifications and production orders.
+ Load and unload steel materials and finished products using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
+ Prepare pallets and organize materials for shipping, ensuring accurate labeling and secure loading.
