Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the wood products industry, is seeking a Production Associate / Operator to join their team. As a Production Associate / Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the moulding crew. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Production Associate / Operator
**Location:** Stokesdale, NC
**Pay Range: $18.65**
**Shift:** Evenings (15:00-01:30)
**What's the Job?**
+ Feed and grade products at an acceptable production speed
+ Perform job tasks safely, following safety rules and guidelines
+ Stack units neatly and correctly for efficient processing
+ Assist in feeding the front end of the moulder and grading products coming out
+ Keep accurate counts of rejected quantities and separate defective wood for rework
