Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Learning about 5S and Lean Manufacturing processes.
- Carrying out Improvement Projects as per superior’s instruction.
- Executing Quality Improvement and Cost Cutting budget projects.
- Taking additional responsibilities as instructed by the immediate superior.
- Following the scope of authority as per selected work process procedures/instructions.
About You
The company is looking for:
- Degree in related courses or equivalents from reputable universities.
- Good command of English and Malay (spoken and written).
- Results-oriented with strong follow-up and good negotiation skills.
- Pleasant personality and ability to interact with all levels of people.
