Main Tasks

  • Leading, directing and monitoring production operations to ensure compliance with established specifications, schedules and quality standards while achieving volume, cost and waste targets
  • Collaborating with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, Sales and other departments to effectively manage production schedules and allocate labour and capital resources
  • Controlling and prioritizing production line maintenance and downtime to minimize disruptions and ensure continuous operational efficiency
  • Overseeing adherence to quality standards and compliance with HR regulations, data protection laws and health, safety and environmental (HSE) requirements through regular assessments and quality control measures
