About the Opportunity
Sustained on our Mission, Vision and Values, and reporting to Operations Manager and fully aligned with Moroccan’s Strategic plan, the Production Development Manager (PMP) executes the production plan, manages the grower base in the region and the business environment, in order to deliver on key KPI’s (yields/ha, cost/kg, total yields, and quality, forecast and compliance parameters).Responsibilities

Candidate Profile
·Closely daily work with Agronomy, QA field and grower services teams, setting organizational priorities and proper allocation of resources, as well as deliverables for all teams (hectares, yield/ha, total production, grower P&L, quality ratings and thresholds, treatments, preventive measures, etc.).
