Responsibilities
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Monitor production lines and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Analyze workflow and identify areas for cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Support new product introductions and process validation.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
- Train production staff on new procedures and best practices.
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate equipment performance and recommend upgrades or maintenance.
Qualifications
